Experience Mystic Breathwork over sunset on the beach.
Mystic Breathwork is based on a Sufi Zikr, a unique blend of traditional practices leading to a deep meditative/expanded state of consciousness and physical well-being.

This group practice is based on a synchronized combination of:

Breathwork
Mystic motion
Heart chakra tuning
Humming
Visualization
Music guidance

What you may want to bring:

Towel/cushion to sit on(please no yoga mats)
Swimsuit
Change of clothes
Water
Snack for after
We will gather near the temple by the pier at 7pm.
