Cacao Ceremony + Evolutionary Dance

Dear community,

We are inviting you to the last community event of 2021 before we take a break for the holiday season. Calling the community together to share this beautiful mindful movement meditation practice under the New Moon. We have invited Ambikha, to guide the Cacao ceremony + Evolutionary Dance, and Chingyi to design and play a deep heart opening DJ set.

Evolutionary Dance is a process of transmutation through conscious movement. Like the metamorphosis of a butterfly, allowing a new evolved you to emerge through every movement. When each movement is conscious and awake, we can move from the primitive space of survival fight, flight or freeze mode to becoming more interconnected with ourself, our community and nature.

By stepping into the dance, we are guided to explore the depth of our being. This movement meditation practice deepens our awareness of the present physical and emotional state. Through the conscious movements, we let go of what’s holding us back and create space within our breath, body and mind. This spaciousness allows one to experience openness, freedom, alignment and connectedness, eventually leading to complete stillness in silence.

As a certified Dance Mandala facilitator with many other deep practices, Ambikha’s passion for Dance and Conscious Movement led her to birth her own creatrix of Evolutionary Dance. This creation is a collection of all her life, healing exploration, deep work experiences weaving into a Dance. As she always believed, Life is a Dance!

What to expect:

1500 – 1530 Arrival and grounding

1530 – 1630 Cacao Ceremony

1630 – 1800 Evolutionary Dance

1800 – late Fire and community meal
