???? Noble Silence • Sunrise Hike • Meditation ⛰️
We welcome you to join us for a beautiful and short sunrise hike to the Aberdeen Helipad followed by movement and meditation this Friday.
We will begin the walk-up at 6:05 am. If you are running late, please join us directly at the top of the helipad for the meditation session. We will finish around 7 am in time for you to return to Central by around 7:30-7:45 am.
As we gather at the meeting point and move through the practice, we request that everyone refrain from speaking (with exception of the leading teacher). We will break the silence together after our practice. ????
Non-verbal communication such as hugs and smiles are more than welcome at the beginning as a sign of greeting and love.
What you may want to bring:
- Towel to sit or lay on while doing breathwork
- Water
