🌄 Sunrise Hike • Movement • Meditation ⛰️
Hello beautiful people
Did you know that viewing sunlight circa sunrise (and sunset) provides the strongest cue for aligning wake-sleep rhythms, optimising metabolic function, dopamine production and wound healing with amazing company and dramatic sunrise photos 🌅
Schedule:
- 5:15 am – Depart from Lantau Base Camp
- 5:30 am – Arrive at Silvermine Beach
- 6:00 am – Movement/breathwork @ the Pagoda
- 7:00 am – Arrive back at LBC (finish off with coffee and kombucha for those we want to hang around after)
Please bring a lot of water and smiles 😄
