Meet at 6am on Shek O beach.
Move, shake and flow with Juliette, and breathwork with Danny, followed by a jump in the waves if you choose!
Bring a mat or towel to practice and sit or lie on.
There are showers at the beach, and local style breakfasts available at one of the cafes.
