I’m cofounder and visionary of ReTribe.life. Concept that is emerging in Hong Kong. Retribe looking to create a new social fabric that inspires a higher consciousness of living.
ReTribe is aiming to connect community, practice and nature through conscious living; breathing, movement, meditation, earth regeneration, and healing modalities.
My personal strength and skill come from the commitment to daily practice and a deep understanding of how to incorporate physical practices into the fabric of life. I use a creative leadership approach and develop community through flow state wavering, group sessions and often incorporate breath work, meditation, humor and partner work to bring out human inner radiance and achieve the flow state.
